Business Chat

iOS 11.3 brings a new messaging application called Business Chat. The app, as the name suggests, aims to help users communicate directly with businesses using the Messages app on iPhone and iPad. The Business Chat app works more or less similar to that of the WhatsApp Business. While searching for a business in Maps, Safari, Search or Siri on iPhone and iPad, users will have the option to contact the businesses using Messages. They can ask a question about a product or service to the businesses via the app and will also able to make a purchase using Apple Pay directly. The Health Records data is encrypted and protected with a pass-code that reduces the chances of it being misused.

Privacy Policy

The iOS 11.3 comes with new updated data and privacy information. This also means Apple will now tell you every time an app seeks access to private data. The updated version basically provides users with an overall view to understand how their personal data may be used. Users will get to see a new privacy icon and detailed privacy information whenever Apple asks for access to their personal information to enable features, secure Apple services or personalize an iOS experience.
